How soon will my order ship?
I screen print every order by hand in house, and orders will ship within 2-5 business day (sooner if possible). Once shipped, most orders in the USA will arrive to you within 2-5 days. You deserve quality and that takes a bit of time, but I try to get your stuff printed and on it's way as fast as possible!
Crazy weather, wildfires, earthquakes, pandemics...I still strive get your order out timely in these instances, but sometimes stuff (rarely) does happen. If I foresee any delay in the fulfillment of your order, I will contact you at the time of your order.
Shipping Costs:
FREE USA SHIPPING ON ANY PURCHASE: Free Shipping is ONLY Available in the USA. There is no need to enter a coupon code.
USA orders are all shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class), or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the order weight. All orders will have tracking and delivery confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number when your item has shipped.
International Shipping:
We maintain absolute transparency in regards to shipping fees! Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order/ items in your cart and the shipping destination. We do not profit off of shipping costs whatsoever. You will see the actual real time costs, and options, provided by USPS during checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world via USPS with tracking. Note that there are restrictions on some countries and what, or whether, we can ship to your country. Shipping rates will vary by order weights and destination. Please add items to your cart to see International shipping rates to your destination. International transit times can vary.
Please be aware that if your country imposes VAT, duties, or import taxes on your orders, it is your responsibility to arrange for payment of such duties. Please also be aware that in some instances USPS tracking stops when your order reaches it's destination country.
Hassle Free Returns Policy:
We are confident that you are going to love your garments! However, you may return items for exchange or refund within 30 days. No questions asked. We will even pay for the return shipping on Domestic Orders!
In the case of returns, we will issue your refund once we receive the item back.
In the case of exchanges, we will print and send your exchange item back at no cost.
Both returns for refund and size exchanges must be in unworn, resell-able, and as new condition with all tags intact.
If you need to return an item, or have any concerns, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed once we send you your return label.
Product Warranty and Guarantee:
Garment defects and failure, print/graphics issues are super rare. We've had literally 2 shirts with issues in over 10 years. Your items should last as long as you do! But everything is done by humans, so we must consider that. Your garment, and print are guaranteed to remain in great condition for 1 year from purchase, even though they will last much longer. If your garment or print fails within that time, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
